Job requirements
1. Middle management positions, responsible for the main goals and plans in their functional areas, formulating, participating in or assisting the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department employees;
3. Formulate customer service specifications and systems; design and optimize various customer service processes;
4. Properly handle service failures and customer complaints, and control the tracking and analysis of customer satisfaction; optimize the quality of customer service in an all-round way. 5. Pre-sale consultation of products or projects, and overall program design.
Qualifications
1. College degree or above, international logistics management, international trade and other related majors are preferred;
2. Industry English, able to communicate with customers (written/spoken)
3. More than 5 years of experience in customer service management in this industry, proficient in the management process of the customer service system;
4. A high degree of responsibility and customer service awareness, strong affinity and patience;
5. Strong organization, planning, control, coordination and interpersonal skills, and adaptability;
6. Good coordination and communication skills, strong sense of teamwork and confidentiality
