Job Requirements

1. Sales management position, responsible for the main goals and plans in their functional areas, formulating, participating in or assisting the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;

2. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and assessment of department employees;

3. Responsible for the sales operation of the organization, including planning, organization, progress control and review;

4. Assist the sales director to set sales goals, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets and incentive plans;

5. Establish and manage the sales team to complete the sales target;

6. From the perspective of sales and customer needs, provide guiding suggestions for product research and development.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, marketing and other related majors;

2. At least 3 years of work experience in the sales industry, with sales management experience preferred;

3. Abundant customer resources and customer relationships, with outstanding performance;

4. Possess strong market analysis, marketing, promotion capabilities, good interpersonal communication, coordination skills, analysis and problem-solving skills;

5. Have a strong sense of professionalism and certain leadership skills.
