A total of 304,000 companies across the country participated in paperless customs clearance, accounting for 86.3% of the total number of companies with import and export performance in the country during the same period, 33 percentage points higher than the first half of the year. Statistics show that in the first three quarters, the national paperless customs clearance time for import customs clearance was 17 hours, and the export customs clearance time was 1.9 hours, respectively 9.3 hours and 0.7 hours lower than the customs clearance time for all customs declarations.
